COMBINED, THESE TWO COMPANIES OPENED OR DEVELOPED BUSINESSES FOR CLIENTS THAT ACHIEVED OVER $700 MILLION IN FIRST YEAR SALES.
FROM OUR NYC AND LA LOCATIONS WE WORK WITH RESTAURANT OWNERS, HOTELIERS AND THOSE IN THE ENTERTAINMENT FIELD UTILIZING OUR EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENTIAL AWARENESS ON EVERY PROJECT.

WILLIAM WAS BORN AND RAISED IN NYC. HE WORKED IN HIS FAMILIES RESTAURANTS WHILE GROWING UP THUS LEARNING THE BUSINESS FROM THE INSIDE.
HE HAS WORKED IN EVERY POSITION IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY FROM BUSSER TO MANAGER TO OWNING THREE SIMULTANEOUS OPERATIONS IN NEW YORK CITY.
OUTSIDE OF RESTAURANTS, HE SERVED IN THE NAVY, OWNED A SUCCESSFUL IMPORT/EXPORT BUSINESS AND WAS THE COO OF A MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR FAMILY OWNED FINANCIAL ADVISORY FIRM.
WHILE IN THE NAVY, HE ATTENDED GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY STUDYING ECONOMICS. LATER HE CONTINUED HIS STUDIES DOING POST GRAD WORK AT THE WHARTON SCHOOL STUDYING DATA ANALYTICS THEN AT COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
HE ALSO STUDIED TV AND FILM PRODUCING AT NYU'S TISCH SCHOOL.
